      Production & Delivery:

      • Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 4-5 days. However, if you need it quickly please contact us
      • The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
      • Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs.
      Warranty:

      This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum frames for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
      The final decision on replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

        All of Backdrop Source's banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your curved fabric banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.

        • File Size:  For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilize file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.

        Awesome service and quality prints !

        Cannot begin to describe how happy I am with the design process and the amount of support I got for our home show banners/stand. The prints were crisp and the quality of the materials were great too, and best of all they got it all out and delivered to us soooooo fast, I am still shocked it arrived on time and they supported us every step of the way -1000/10. We are very rural so this was an added bonus to see this ship on time.
