    Designed with versatility and ease of use in mind, the Popup Velcro Media Wall is easy to set up and take down. With just a simple tug upwards, the pop-up frame expands to reveal a fabric backdrop attached with Velcro and custom-printed with your design of choice. Each fabric backdrop stand folds along with the frame for storage and transport.

    Made of 100% machine-washable polyester, our popup fabric banners are printed with our custom TrueKolor fabric printing process. With TrueKolor, your design will stay vibrant and clear through many washes, in any kind of weather. Over time, your backdrop will preserve its hue, with colors from the darkest black to the brightest white remaining vibrant and strong.

    Our printing process is also eco-solvent. Most ink solvents are harsh and use powerful chemicals which can leave harmful traces. Eco-solvent printing processes use all-natural, biodegradable solvents which are much kinder on your body.

    The Popup Velcro Media Wall ships in four to five business days, free of charge.

    Warranty:

    This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
    The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

      FABRIC CARE:

      All of Backdrop Source’s banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.

      WORST Customer Service I Have EVER Dealt With

      This company is a mess. Between charging me for expedited delivery, to shipping just a backdrop and no stand, then shipping the stand days later and missing my event deadline, this company is terrible Dealing with them on the phone or through WhatsApp is a joke. Nobody speaks english well, or they lie to you and can't give you an answer. The products are being shipped to you from China. They have told me several times that I was receiving a refund but won't send me the proof, or the actual refund. I had to report them to my Credit Card company.
      I would stay FAR away from dealing with this company. I have plenty of correspondence on voice recordings, emails and Whatsapp messages to back up my claims.

      This company is a fraud.
