Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11am Fridays will ship the next business day. We will notify you if there is an issue with shipping your order. FREE SHIPPING on all the products. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes. Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable. 

We ship nationwide across the USA & Canada. 

Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Special deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays which are chargeable. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left for you or contact us for more information.  

We ship most international packages via UPS and DHL. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. Import duites are not covered for international shipments. Free shipping to most countries.

We ship around the globe. So wherever you are, you can get our Printed Backdrops/Banners at the best prices. Email us for more details on delivery time for your address.

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that the Import Duty and Taxes charge will be extra as per the Customs of Destination country and cannot be confirmed beforehand and will be borne by the customer.
