    Warranty:

    This product comes with a standard 2-year warranty against Aluminum frames for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
    The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

    Disappointed

    I am unfortunately now extremely disappointed in your service.

    Receiving this package I was grateful as we got it in time for our show however we are at the set up stage, we have set up the sign and the new fabric you sent is SINGLE SIDED not DOUBLE SIDED which I requested and paid for.

    Was refunded thankfully but thanks to this our show did not go as planned. Don't know if I will be using your service in the future
